A report that consolidates all details of the projects into a report, these include but not limited details of Site, Location & Its Advantages, Existing conditions, Proposed Works, Cost Estimates, Market Intelligence, Revenue Benchmark, Profitability Indicators, Developer CV.

This report helps you in raising finance, as all the information required by the underwriters is consolidated in one place.

Program Management:

We assist our developer/investor clients from concept to completion by managing the whole program.

As part of this we offer the following:

• Prepare Schedule & Program of Works
• Bring together the entire Power Team required for the opportunity
• Negotiate – Scope, Terms & Conditions & Pricing (based on budgets)
• Coordinate with all members of the team to ensure deliverables as per agreed timeline

• Review & certify invoices raised by Consultants & Contractors
• Mitigate Risks to the extent possible
• Prepare fortnightly progress reports
